What is AWANA...?  It is potentially the start of one of the most exciting ministries for children, youth, and your family.  AWANA allows parents to coach their children through an effective process that develops virtues, teamwork, and most importantly, genuine spiritual growth.  The goal of AWANA at FSBC is that it would be a great instrument to lead generations to become fully devoted followers of Christ.  There is no other ministry like it and our prayer is that children in our community and throughout the world will come to know, love, and serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

Awana is an internationally known ministry that helps churches & parents develop spiritually strong children & youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ.  AWANA stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed" which is Biblically based from 2 Timothy 2:15.  Everything done through AWANA is meant to accomplish five goals:
