Each year the Arizona Southern Baptist Convention networks with churches to provide the Arizona Church Equipping Conference.  This servant & leadership training can help people new to ministry work in the church learn to develop their skills.  The conference also equips those already with leading roles to share their experiences to sharpen others.  See the pastors if you are interested in attending ACE 2010.
